19th Century Boxwood and Ebonized Base Tea Caddy, English, circa 1820

19th century boxwood and ebonized base tea caddy in the form of a flower with a dome glass panel which holds a small bouquet of dried flowers. The interior is all original with remnants of a lead lining date circa 1820.

This antique lemonade jug is beautifully made, the glass itself was first made around 1870, the British were the leaders in this process but you do see European examples from Germany & Austria.

This piece is in excellent condition
