19th Century Boxwood and Ebonized Base Tea Caddy, English, circa 1820

19th century boxwood and ebonized base tea caddy in the form of a flower with a dome glass panel which holds a small bouquet of dried flowers. The interior is all original with remnants of a lead lining date circa 1820.

A pair of arch top elongated tortoiseshell photograph frames. There is a good patina on the shell of both, which is always enhanced by lighting to give them an attractive mellow glow.
