A large and impressive, horn and silver plate partners desk centerpiece, circa 1910. It comprises two superb mythical sea creatures in horn and silver-plate and two hinged lid inkwells. There is also a bell, which I would imagine was used to summon the apprentices! The mounts are silver plate & the base is English oak.
