19th Century Boxwood and Ebonized Base Tea Caddy, English, circa 1820

19th century boxwood and ebonized base tea caddy in the form of a flower with a dome glass panel which holds a small bouquet of dried flowers. The interior is all original with remnants of a lead lining date circa 1820.

Two impressive small wild boar colonial frames with elements of both English silver and plate. The central holding discs have the word metal. The strap work on the reverse side have silver makers marks for Robert Pringle dated London, 1907. Both are in excellent condition. Diameter of the picture opening is 2 1/4"
