19th Century Boxwood and Ebonized Base Tea Caddy, English, circa 1820

19th century boxwood and ebonized base tea caddy in the form of a flower with a dome glass panel which holds a small bouquet of dried flowers. The interior is all original with remnants of a lead lining date circa 1820.

Very large mid-20th century glass and silver match striker by Edward Viner Date Sheffield, 1954 This very large piece is quite rare standing at H 5 1/2” the usual height is 4 1/4” The ribbed glass is in perfect condition the heavy gauge silver mount of the collar extends to the well of the interior. A unique item.
