A Early 20th Century Goliath watch with Sterling silver case Date circa 1910

This Robust timepiece is in good condition, the clock itself is by Edward Glasgow it has an eight day movement. It sits well within the case & would look great either in a study or on a desk. This actual time piece is the largest model made at this time.


The hallmark on the silver case is slightly rubbed but shows London Maker c 1910


The clock retains its original back & Easel stand.


David Herbert Edward & George Edward trading as Edward & Sons, Goldsmiths, silversmiths and jewellers, 92 Buchanan Street Glasgow. George Edward, a Glasgow silversmith, had opened his first retail shop and workshop, George Edward & Sons, in 1838.
