Art Deco Barware Ice Bucket in the Form of a Parakeet, Austria, circa 1930

This is a very unusual Barware item and well made not only the head but also the plated lower rim section, where when closing the lid gives it a cushion effect.

The ceramic base is excellent condition there appears to be a light scrolled initial to the base & number.

This piece could be multi functional. The eyes are both original the right eye does seem to have a slight internal blemish.
